1. Admission Procedure:
a.On the date of joining onetime Non Refundable Registration Fees Rs. 1000/-Advance One Month Rent and the current month Rent will be collected before checkin to the PG Home.
b.It is Mandatory to Submit self attested Copy of Identity Proof, Address Proof,employment proof in case of Student Admission proof to be submitted.
c. Rights of Admission Reserved.
2. Monthly Rent should be submitted on or before 5th of every month. Failing which apenalty of Rs. 50/- shall be collected for every defaulting day.
3. Check out Procedure:
a. One Month Notice period is mandatory. It should be communicated by writing or by what’s app.
b. Advance amount is refundable subject to said Notice period been served.
c. Any unpaid dues, Damages to the Hostel Properties should be paid by the inmatebefore checkout.
d. No deduction will be given for any absence from the PG Home.
e. Advance or Rent amount is not transferrable.
f. Advance amount will be returned when the Inmate is vacating with all his/herbelongings.
4. The Inmates are not allowed to stay out or leave the PG Home premises without prior permission from the warden/In Charge. The PG Home Gates will be closed 22.30Hrs. The Management is not responsible for any unforeseen happenings outside the PG Home Premises.
5. The inmates shall write the Time, Address and the contact number of the Local Guardian in the Outgoing Register when they go out for week end.
6. The Inmates are strongly advised not to keep any valuables with them in the PG Home. They shall keep them only at their own Risk. The Management is not responsible for such valuables if missing or lost.
7. All inmates shall keep the PG Home premises neat and clean at all time.
8. The inmates shall be responsible for keeping the furniture, PG Home Utensils and other belonging of the PG Home in good condition.
9. If any Damage/breakage the Re placement cost have to be paid by the Inmates.
10. The inmates are not allowed to use any Unauthorized Electrical gadgets (Iron Box, Water Heater and Chargers etc.) inside the Rooms. PG Home Management is not responsible for any unforeseen happenings due to violation.
11. The Inmates are not allowed to entertain their guests without prior approval from the PG Home management. They shall not eat in the kitchen/office area.
12. The inmates are advised to eat their food only in the dining area.
13. Consumption of Alcohol/any Intoxicated Drinks/Drugs and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the PG Home premises. If any violations found they shall be expelled from the hostel immediately without any Prior Notice.
14. The Inmates shall inform the Warden/In-charge immediately in case of any Sickness. The PG Home Management is not responsible for any uninformed unforeseen happening inside or outside of the PG Home premises.
15. The Inmates are strongly advised not to lend/Barrow any valuables (Money, mobile, Gold ornaments and cloths) to the hostel staff. The management is not responsible for the unpleasant consequences.
16. The inmates are not allowed to hammer nails, hanging Pictures, calendars, sticking Balloons, Stickers, color papers on the wall and any celebrations in side room.
17. The inmates are not allowed to make nuisance to their co inmates after 22.30Hrs inside the Room.
18. The Inmates are not allowed to interchange their beds/Room on their own. The Management is reserves all the rights to change the accommodation any time and its decision is final.
19. The Hostel Management is having all the rights to evict any inmates on any day without prior intimation on disciplinary grounds, irregularities, misbehavior or any unlawful activities.
20. Food Timings will be strictly followed. Food will not be served after the scheduled time.
21. Leave: Hostel will be closed during Festival Days.
Diwali : 3 Days
Pongal : 3 Days
Vijayadasami : 1 Day
Inmates those who are staying during the Holidays Should arrange food on their own and any deduction will not be given.
22. Inmates cannot claim any reduction/discount on Room Rent/Food charges for their absence from the PG Home.
23. Inmates continues absence from the PG Home for 30 days without paying rent will be treated as “vacated” and their Luggage’s will be removed from the Room. Inmates cannot claim accommodation.
